Exchange and Return
Ready orders
The customer can replace the finished item only within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt in the following cases:
1. The goods are received damaged or defective
2. Arrival of the shipment by mistake
If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible and make sure to include the name, mobile number, order number, specify whether you want to return or exchange, and the list of products you want to cancel. The new goods you would like to receive, and attach a note with a description and a detailed explanation of the reason for requesting return or refund.
Ensure that the goods remain in their original condition and without tampering, opening or reducing some of their content, otherwise they will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the products.
* Detail requests:
1. Replacement and return are allowed only in the event that the order has not been implemented.
2. In the event that the detail request has been completed, exchange and return will not be allowed.
Please note:
1. An amount of 10% will be deducted from the return value as an administrative fee + a refund commission.
2. We do not accept refunds for express perishable goods and we will have a huge responsibility to send back an item that may be damaged due to poor storage (we do everything we can to keep our loyal customers healthy and always make sure they are protected).
3. We do not accept the replacement or return of abayas or clothes that are classified for occasions in all cases, unless the mistake is from us, as in the previous cases.
4. If the item you ordered as an exchange is no longer available in our stock you will be contacted in order to select a new item, or accept a refund.
5. You will be responsible for all shipping costs of your returned product. Note that shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive the value of the returned product, the shipping costs of the product will be deducted from the value of the refunded product (in the event that the shipment delivered to the customer does not match the order, the customer will not bear any fees, whether shipping fees or any other expenses for return).
6. The delivery time of the exchanged product to you may vary depending on where you live. At the time we receive your returned product and after checking it, we will let you know that the product has been received and meets the terms for your refund. If the product meets the conditions for return, its refund value will be transferred automatically.
7. Please note that the measurements may differ by 0.5-1 inch due to manual measurement
